Roberta DeCastro is Licensed Mental Health Counselor and a passionate scholar-practitioner in the field of clinical psychology who divides her time between clinical practice, training and consulting, and scholarly writing and research. Roberta is pursuing her PhD in Clinical Psychology. In her clinical practice, she delivers Quantum Healing Regression, Hypnotherapy, CBT,  EMDR, Guided Mindfulness Meditation and other evidence-based treatments to adult and adolescent clients with a wide range of emotional, behavioral, and adjustment problems, such as anxiety, stress, depression, personality disorders, trauma, and relationship problems.

Roberta finds it gratifying to introduce clients and therapists, alike, to Past Life Regression/Quantum Healing Regression, Hypnotherapy, EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy, Exposure Therapy, Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, guided mindfulness meditation and other treatment modalities. She has had the privilege of witnessing dramatic transformations using these in clients with severe mental instability including, depression, anxiety disorders, suicidal ideation, personality disorders, and addictions. She is eager to apply her experience and compassion with clients as they begin to address issues that will help them to improve their quality of life and attain a sense of fulfillment.

Heather Attia is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Reiki Master/ Teacher, and Certified Master Hypnotist. For over 18 years Heather has worked with children, adolescents, and adults in addressing a wide range of emotional, behavioral, and adjustment struggles including anxiety, post-traumatic stress, and depression. 

With a rich background in mental health counseling, Heather integrates holistic approaches to support her clients’ overall wellness. In her clinical practice she delivers Hypnotherapy, Trauma Informed Therapy, CBT, Guided Meditation, Spiritual Life Coaching, and Intuitive Energy Healing. Dedicated to fostering and providing a safe and nurturing environment, Heather empowers individuals to navigate challenges and achieve personal growth through a unique blend of traditional therapeutic techniques enhanced by energy work. 

Clients are compassionately supported along their healing journey as they replace undesired, outdated programming with their desired updates. The most rewarding part of her role as a counselor is witnessing her clients’ rediscovery and reconnection with their innate self-worth, leaving behind a version of themselves they have been stuck in to create the full and balanced lives they desire.
